28-oz pkgscream cheese, softened to room temperature
1cupunsalted butter, softened to room temperature
1tbsppure vanilla extract
12-lb pkgpowdered sugar

Instructions
Using a stand mixer with a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter at medium speed until it is creamy and smooth.Beat in vanilla and then slowly add in the powdered sugar for about 5 minutes or until it is again cream and smooth in texture. Optional: If using food coloring, you can add a few drops now and mix at slow speed for a minute or two.
